The demolition of 62 Hunter Ridge Road and "modification" of the Progressive Roadway Management contract will be discussed and action will be taken.
The council will decide whether or not to contract with T.M. & K. Company, LLC, to raze the house on 62 Hunter Ridge Road, which was destroyed by fire and has since become a blight in its neighborhood.
Roadway Management is the consultant hired to assist the town in planning to improve its roads. The Council is expected to vote on modifications to its existing contract.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of Town Hall.
