Taxes for All Vehicles will be on One Bill

The consolidated bills are a cost saving measure, according to Tax Collector Manny Cambra.

Drivers will no longer receive individual tax bills for each vehicle they own. When motor vehicle tax bills go out in June, taxes for all vehicles will come in one consolidated bill, according to Tax Collector Manny Cambra.

"This is being implimented as a cost savings device," Cambra said Tuesday. "If the taxpayer doesn't want to pay for all of the vehicles listed on the bill, they are asked to circle and denote which vehicle they are paying for."

Property tax bills should be in everyone's mailboxes in the last week of June, he said.
