The Monroe Town Hall Offices, Edith Wheeler Memorial Library, Monroe Food Pantry, the Highway Department and the Monroe Senior Center are closed Monday, January in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Normal hours will resume on Tuesday.
There will be no change in the normal recycling pick-ups.
