Colin Nurse sold a house at 1 Windsor Road to Seemal Chaudry for $190,000 on Jan. 3.

The Estate of Sarah E. Mirabelli sold a house at 6 Birchwood Lane to Frank and Michelle Boccanfusco for $212,000 on Jan. 4.
