Two Monroe Properties Sold for Over $600K

Real Estate transactions from March 25 to April 2 include houses, a condo unit and more than 16 acres of land.

The following property transfers were recorded in the Town Clerk's Office at Monroe Town Hall.

Kristin and Bryce Polan sold a condo at 34 Old Colony Road to Patrick and Kimberly Eagan for $440,000 on March 25.

Joel Castillo and Angie Collazo-Castillo sold a house at 655 Monroe Turnpike to Robert and Erin Correa for $280,000 on March 26.

The Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth sold 16.74 acres of their property at 1428 Monroe Turnpike to Stone Castle Investments for $602,500 on March 27.

Barbara Hurd sold a house at 51 Arrowhead Drive to Jennifer Sherr and Richard Coscia for $620,000 on March 28.

Stephen and Anne Herzog sold a house at 13 Grist Mill Road to Gerald and Kelly Sheehan for $492,500 on April 2.
