Charter CommunityVision21 (CTV-21) is the community access channel in the Charter 14-town franchise area. CTV-21 is open 6 days a week and is available for anyone to use regardless of whether or not they have Charter. There are custom training classes that can be taught based on the project proposed, and there is a regular 18-week training opportunity that adults or students (17 and over) can take that will provide the confidence for creating something they will be proud to call their own.

Contact the offices of CTV-21 in Newtown (203) 304-4050 and find out more about individual training classes or the next 18-week training session that begins late May. Space is limited and applications are due May 20th. There is no fee and the schedule of classes allows participants to fit it into their busy schedules.

If you have any trouble, email support@patch.com. The help desk will do it for you if need be. ButRead More changing your settings should work.

Hi Steve, To stop getting emails for every comment under a story, when you're signed on, click underRead More "Hi Steve" at the top of the page, and choose Email Settings from the dropdown menu. There's an option titled "Comments", uncheck the box that is automatically checked so you will no longer receive comment updates by email.

I found that I could turn them off in my profile under e-mail settings. However, it appears thatRead More this is now an all or nothing rather than by selected posts or individual articles.

Hi Steve, The comment stream doesn't appear on the homepage in the new design. Some of the sitesRead More that went 2.0 before mine did heard complaints about that. I don't know if it will be changed or not. Right now Patch is gathering all feedback.
