A Back to School Bash was held at Friday's Monroe Farmers' Market, giving children a good time before buses pick them up for the first day of school this Tuesday.

There was a moon bounce, a deejay, smoothies, crafts with Monroe school librarian Kathi Ducharne, Newtown Strong Therapy Dogs, llamas from Rowanwood Farm and fun blowing bubbles.
