Foodworks is a natural foods retailer with stores located in Monroe, Guilford and Old Saybrook. It sells a wide variety of organic, natural, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and raw food products, many of which are produced locally. The selection includes  fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy and prepared foods, along with beauty supplies, vitamins, herbal supplements, books and various gift items.
