The school's mission statement is, "We empower all students to become life-long learners and productive citizens in a diverse society."</p> <p>Since the high school was built it has undergone renovations, in 1977 and 2005. Masuk now has 80 classrooms, 10 computer labs and an auditorium that seats 500 people.</p>

The Monroe Adult Education Program is open to all town residents and people living in surrounding areas.

Non-residents must pay a $5 fee to participate.</p> <p>Gail Persico is director of the program, which offers basic education, English as a second language, a high school equivalency program, a high school credit diploma program, citizenship classes, a literacy volunteer program, free testing and counseling.</p> <p>The adult education program is offered in cooperation with Valley Regional Adult Basic Education.</p>
