Professionally, I went to the Wharton School at the University of Pennsyvania. I spent 18 years working in consumer goods companies, with great brands like Duracell, Playtex, Black & Decker, Dustbuster, Smirnoff, Jose Cuervo, and Bailey's Irish Creme. I worked in marketing, management and strategic planning. I became involved in our community when I stopped working full-time in 2000. I started the Brookfield Education Foundation, to help raise money for innovative education programs. I also was on the Board of Temple Sholom, was Vice-Chair of the Commission on Aging, was an Odyssey of the Mind coach and a soccer team manager.
I have begun coaching local businesses to help them focus their efforts on the right consumers, and ensure their goals and plans are aligned. The end result is a more profitable, efficient business.
